AI Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on AI Engineer to join our team, with strong expertise in building intelligent systems using OpenAI APIs and foundational LLM techniques. The ideal candidate is well-versed in prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and LLM-integrated workflows, and is comfortable with deploying scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Python and OpenAI libraries.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize prompting strategies such as zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting.
• Work with LLM concepts including chunking, retrieval, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
• Utilize OpenAI APIs to build and fine-tune intelligent agents.
• Collaborate on building agentic architectures and dynamic decision-making flows powered by LLMs.
• Participate in AI/ML solution deployment with awareness of tools like Docker or broader MLOps practices.
