Job Description

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 5++ years in software development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on building and deploying LLM/Generative AI solutions in production multi-modal LLMs,advanced RAG pipelines,and agentic AI systems System Design & Integration: Design end-to-end AI applications, integrating LLMs into existing enterprise infrastructure and SaaS workflows.
  • AI Frameworks: Design intelligent systems capable of complex reasoning, planning, and multi-step execution.
  • Advanced RAG & Data Flows: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector datastores, focusing on hybrid search and semantic optimization.
  • Multi-Modal Pipelines: Design systems that process and reason across text, images, and video modalities.
  • API & Backend Development: Create high-performance backend services and APIs for model inference and system orchestration.
  • Model Optimization & Monitoring: Optimize for latency and cost, debug complex system loops, and implement guardrails for hallucination mitigation and safety.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to turn research models into production-ready software
