About Position:
We are seeking AI Engineer with AI/ML, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, GCP cloud experience.

What You'll Do:
- Design and deploy agentic AI solutions using Google Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Develop autonomous agents using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) with tool-use, workflow automation, and policy-driven reasoning.
- Integrate Gemini-based agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and GCP services for secure automated task execution.
- Implement guardrails, safety layers, and humanintheloop oversight for enterprise agent deployments.
- AI/ML Development
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using Vertex AI, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Use BigQuery ML to create and deploy models directly on structured data.
- Apply GCP AI APIs (Vision, NLP, Speech, Translation) and fine-tune models for specific business use cases.
- Support feature engineering and data preparation for ML workflows.
- Agentic AI Development
- Gemini Enterprise agentic AI development (Gemini models, Extensions, vector search, contextual memory).
- Agent Development Kit (ADK) agent development and multi-agent orchestration.
- Vertex AI Agent Builder and agent toolintegration experience.
- MLOps & Automation
- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines using Vertex AI Pipelines or Kubeflow.
- Automate training, deployment, and monitoring processes with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions).
- Ensure model versioning, monitoring, and retraining to maintain accuracy over time.
- Data Integration
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate pipelines using Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources (text, images, audio, video).
- Ensure secure data handling in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration & Support
- Partner with data scientists to productionize prototypes and optimize models for performance.
- Collaborate with backend engineers for model integration into applications and APIs.
- Support QA and monitoring of AI/ML deployments in production.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of overall IT/software experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models on Google Cloud Platform.
- Programming: Python (mandatory), SQL.
- ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
- GCP Services: Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AI APIs (Vision, NLP, Speech, Translation).
- Data Engineering Tools: Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage.
- MLOps Tools: Kubeflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Build, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE).
- Monitoring: Vertex AI Model Monitoring, MLflow, Prometheus/Grafana basics.
- Version Control: Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Google Associate Cloud Engineer (minimum).
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer (preferred).
- Any AI/ML specialization certifications (TensorFlow Developer, PyTorch).
