Title: AI Engineer

Position Overview
- The Artificial Intelligence Engineer plays a key role in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions.
- This position focuses on applying Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve business challenges.
- Working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams, the AI Engineer translates business requirements into scalable, production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ML, NLP, and LLM solutions aligned with organizational AI strategies.
- Develop custom models and pipelines for batch and real-time processing, including data ingestion, preprocessing, search/retrieval, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and NLP/LLM development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in data privacy, security, and bias mitigation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; OR High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of AI/ML techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying Generative AI solutions at scale.
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs, teacher-student frameworks, and model distillation.
- Familiarity with human-in-the-loop methods for aligning LLMs with human preferences.
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks; experience deploying agent-based solutions is a plus.
