Senior AI Engineer

Exzelon Solutions is a fast-growing AI solutions company headquartered in the US, with a delivery center in Hyderabad, India. We build cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence products and services for mid-to-large enterprises across industries including FinTech, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, and SaaS. This is not a bench role, you will own end-to-end AI solutions, work directly with US clients, and shape the technical direction of our growing AI practice.

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years with AI/ML Mandatory

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do

• Design AI solutions: Deliver complete end-to-end AI systems for US enterprise clients.
• Build GenAI systems: RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, multi-agent AI.
• Develop ML models: Fraud detection, churn, demand forecasting.
• Engineer AI applications: REST APIs, chat interfaces, OCR/NLP pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients: Lead discovery calls, demos, and solution design.
• Mentor juniors: Code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance.

Mandatory Skills

• Python (Expert, 5+ years)
• LangChain / LlamaIndex (RAG pipelines)
• OpenAI API / Azure OpenAI
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• FastAPI, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• SQL (advanced queries, optimization)
• Cloud (AWS SageMaker / Azure ML)
• Docker + basic Kubernetes

Good to Have

• LangGraph / AutoGen (multi-agent systems)
• Streamlit, React.js (AI apps)
• MLflow / Kubeflow (ML lifecycle)
• Power BI / Tableau (AI analytics)
• Snowflake / Databricks (data platforms)

Experience Requirements

• 5–6 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering (not just data analysis)
• 3+ production AI deployments live with real users
• 2+ end-to-end GenAI/LLM projects built from scratch
• Direct client-facing experience (preferred US clients)
• GitHub profile with visible AI projects (mandatory)
