Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on Generative and Agentic AI applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, intelligent solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for natural language processing, computer vision, and autonomous agents.
- Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and real-world deployment.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve existing AI systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Document technical designs and communicate progress to stakeholders with exceptional clarity.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers within the customer's team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 46 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven expertise in Generative and Agentic AI systems.
- Proficient in Python and key ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Strong foundation in deep learning, data modeling, and algorithm design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Experience integrating AI models into production environments and optimizing for scalability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in hybrid team settings, collaborating across geographies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in building multi-agent systems or autonomous AI workflows.
- Publications or demonstrated thought leadership in Generative or Agentic AI domains.
- Experience mentoring or leading AI/ML teams within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
