About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist who is updated with all latest AI tools, automation platforms, LLM applications, data analytics tools, and generative AI technologies.
The ideal candidate should be able to implement AI across multiple departments to improve productivity, reduce manual work, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Tools & Automation
- Implement and manage new AI tools like
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
- Midjourney, DALLE, Leonardo.ai (image AI)
- Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs (video/audio AI)
- Notion AI, ClickUp AI, Zapier, Make.com
- RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate)
- Evaluate new AI solutions and integrate them into company workflow.
2. Generative AI Development
- Build custom chatbots using OpenAI, Gemini, LLaMA, or LangChain.
- Create AI assistants for HR, Sales, Operations, Inventory, Customer Service.
- Develop prompt-engineered workflows for automation.
3. Data Analytics & Visualization
- Use AI tools for analysis: Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
- Build data automation pipelines using Apps Script / Python.
- Create predictive models for forecasting and business decision-making.
4. Machine Learning / AI Models
- Train and fine-tune ML models for:
- Classification, forecasting, clustering
- Recommendation engines
- NLP (text generation, summarization, classification)
- Deploy models using cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
5. AI Integration
- Create API-based integrations for:
- CRM, ERP, HRMS, Google Workspace, WhatsApp API.
- Automate repetitive tasks (emails, reports, follow-ups, alerts).
- Develop automated dashboards and MIS reporting systems.
6. Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on all latest AI releases, updates, and tools.
- Propose new AI projects for productivity improvement.
- Conduct training for staff on how to use AI tools effectively.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, JavaScript (good to have).
- Experience with AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
- API integrations: OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Meta, Stability AI.
- Dashboard tools: Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau.
- Automation tools: Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or relevant field.

The AI Specialist will be the first AI professional in the company. There will be no junior support, so they must handle all tasks independently. They cannot rely on anyone else for assistance because we currently do not have any other AI specialists.
