Zeru is building the on-chain reputation layer for DeFi enabling credit scoring, identity, and behavioral insights directly from wallet activity. This is a paid internship
What You'll Work On:
- Analyze blockchain data (e.g., Aave, Uniswap, Lido) to extract behavioral patterns
- Design AI/ML pipelines to detect sybil behavior, identify user segments, and assign reputation scores to wallets
- Build models that quantify risk, trust, and on-chain creditworthiness
- Work with product and engineering to integrate scoring models into production systems
- Collaborate on research and data science initiatives to improve scoring accuracy
You Should Know:
- Solid fundamentals in AI/ML supervised, unsupervised learning, clustering, dimensionality reduction
- Experience with Python, pandas, sklearn, and Jupyter
- Comfort working with large datasets, JSON logs, CSVs, or structured APIs
- Understanding of web3/blockchain basics (wallets, txns, DeFi protocols)
- Ability to choose the right ML method for a given dataset and objective
Bonus:
- Worked with graph-based learning or address clustering
- Familiarity with subgraphs, Ethereum RPCs, or smart contract event logs
- Past project analyzing wallet or user behavior in DeFi
