Role
We are looking for full-time AI R&D Engineers with expertise in Deep Learning (DL) or Machine Learning (ML), or entry-level graduates with strong project experience, to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to designing, innovating, and building cutting-edge AI products in the areas of Image and Video Analytics. You will collaborate with the product development team and the Chief Engineer throughout the Product Development Life Cycle. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, independent work capability, and strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will work with a small team of engineers to deliver AI-driven solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for visual inspection and quality control.
- Break down complex problems, create solutions, and integrate them with existing systems.
- Lead and manage sub-projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Apply advanced AI techniques (e.g., Active Learning, GANs) to enhance model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI models and optimize product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI algorithms, evaluation methods, and model optimization.
- Work effectively as a team player while also being able to operate independently.
- Lead sub-projects and provide technical insights on a daily basis.
- Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and all stakeholders.
Professional Experience
- Hands-on experience in image/video processing and data analysis using ML/DL techniques.
- Proficient in ML/DL frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, C++).
- Experience in implementing state-of-the-art AI techniques, such as Active Learning and GANs.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred
- Experience in computer vision and edge AI.
- Published research papers or industry-level AI projects.
- Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
