The AI Platform team builds the secure, resilient foundation powering AI innovation across Fidelity. We enable scalable AI adoption through shared capabilities, strong governance and trusted engineering expertise.

You have strong hands-on experience building AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines and modern agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. You are comfortable developing APIs, SDKs and scalable components in Python. You understand vector databases and retrieval techniques, and you can apply evaluation tools to measure model quality. You bring solid engineering skills across cloud-native development and containerized deployments. You are also familiar with responsible AI, guardrails and good governance practices. Above all, you enjoy solving complex technical problems and building capabilities others can rely on.
