We're a fast-moving D2C skincare brand running across our own website (Shopify), quick-commerce, and marketplaces. Data lives in a dozen places and decisions are made daily — we need someone who can turn fragmentation data into clean, trusted reporting and build the AI-driven automation that takes repetitive ops work off plate.

This is a hybrid role: half analyst (dashboards, reporting, single source of truth) and half builder (AI/automation).

Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or quick-commerce operations would be plus

What you'll own

● Build and maintain the central reporting layer — daily/weekly business dashboards covering sales, Ecom, Qcom channel-level performance.

● Consolidate data from Shopify, CRM, logistics/courier partners, and quick-commerce/marketplace, Finance, ,Marketing portals into one trusted source of truth.

● Partner with Growth, Ops, and Finance to answer why did this number move — not just report that it did.

● Design and ship AI-driven workflows to reduce manual tasks across business

● SQL, Python; comfortable modeling and cleaning messy data from multiple sources.

● Dashboarding tools — Looker Studio / Metabase / Power BI / Tableau

● ShopifyQL

● Quick-commerce & marketplace reporting

● Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini)

● Automation platforms — n8n / Zapier, or scripting

● Ability to wire AI into real workflows, not just run one-off experiments.

● Exposure to vector DBs / RAG for support automation.
