Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer who will contribute to the development and deployment of advanced AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects to implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrate large language models (LLMs), build intelligent automation workflows, and develop scalable AI microservices.
This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with strong ML/NLP fundamentals, practical development experience, and a passion for building production-grade AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning, NLP, and generative AI models aligned with project objectives.
Assist in building LLM-based applications, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
Contribute to the development of intelligent automation workflows and multi-step reasoning systems.
Build backend services and AI microservices using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
Implement conversational AI modules, recommendation engines, or predictive models.
Work on vector embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
Support AI model lifecycle activities, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with senior engineers, blockchain teams, and product teams to integrate AI into Web3/enterprise systems.
Participate in evaluating AI tools, frameworks, and cloud services.
Maintain proper documentation, testing, and version control for AI components.
Required Skills & Expertise
Core AI & ML
Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and applied AI.
Experience working with LLMs: OpenAI, open-source models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with autonomous agent workflows or task orchestration (added advantage).
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, etc.
Data Engineering
Experience working with large datasets, preprocessing, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge graphs, or search pipelines.
Good to Have
Experience integrating AI within blockchain/Web3 ecosystems.
Exposure to multi-agent or orchestrated AI systems.
Understanding of AI governance, security, or responsible AI.
Experience working on enterprise AI or automation projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
