Role: AI Engineer / AI Developer

Location: AI Labs, Hyderabad

We're building a fast, experimental AI Lab inside Dr. Reddy's and hiring fresh graduates who want to build real AI products from Day 1. This feels like a startup, backed by the scale of a global company.

What you'll do

• Prototype and ship AI agents and solutions using LLMs, RAG systems and modern ML workflows
• Write clean Python code and contribute to full ML pipelines
• Explore datasets, train and evaluate models, iterate fast and learn continuously
• Deploy solutions on cloud and pick up real-world MLOps practices

What you need

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML or deep learning frameworks
• Understanding of core AI, ML and GenAI concepts
• Good engineering discipline: Git, APIs, debugging, clean code
• Curiosity, drive and comfort with rapid experimentation
