AI Engineer

Summary:

We&rsquore looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to help bring AI to the heart of our data ecosystem. In this role, you&rsquoll lead research, prototyping, and development of solutions that bring business partners closer to data through conversational AI and Agentic workflows. You&rsquoll collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, architects, and leadership to create AI-powered experiences that unlock insights through natural language and automation, not just dashboards. Responsibilities:

• Lead research, prototyping, and development of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, architects, and leadership.
• Create AI-powered experiences that unlock insights through natural language and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&rsquos or Master&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio of applied AI work.

Required Skills:

• Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven production systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, GPT-based models, and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML libraries.
• Strong experience with Azure AI, Snowflake, agentic frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions across a range of technologies.
• Experience moving prototypes into production in enterprise environments (operations).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills able to partner effectively across data, engineering, and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in designing Agentic workflows.
• Experience with Azure AI, Snowflake Cortex, or similar enterprise AI offerings.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search patterns.
• Awareness of LLMOps best practices (Versioning, monitoring, cost optimization, etc.).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
