About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer who has hands-on experience building and deploying chatbot or conversational AI platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills along with excellent communication abilities, as the role involves collaborating with product teams and understanding business requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Conversational AI
- Proven experience working on chatbot platforms or conversational AI systems
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, RAG, vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma) or similar
- Experience integrating APIs, voicebots, or multi-channel bots (web, WhatsApp, voice, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and conversational workflows
- Strong communication skills (very important)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with voicebots or telephony integrations (Twilio etc.)
- Experience with FastAPI / backend APIs
- Deployment experience on cloud or Linux servers
