Description:
a. Role Summary
We are seeking an AI Enablement Lead to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and automation that modernize the ISO 9001:2015 internal audit program. This role focuses on enabling auditors through Teams-based Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and data-driven risk indicators, using the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, practical AI adoption, and making complex processes simpler, more consistent, and more scalable. This role blends hands-on technical delivery with close partnership to audit and quality stakeholders to ensure solutions are usable, governed, and sustainable.
b. Key Responsibilities
i. AI Enablement & Solution Delivery
Design, build, test, and deploy Teams based Copilot Studio agents to support audit planning, execution, evidence handling, and reporting.
Implement Power Automate workflows to reduce manual audit administration and standardize audit lifecycle steps.
Collaborate with audit SMEs to map the current audit lifecycle and identify high value automation and agent use cases.
ii. Audit Planning, Reporting & Risk Indicators
Support risk based audit planning through leading and lagging indicators derived from relevant enterprise data sources.
Contribute to dashboards that surface audit risk signals and trends to inform audit focus areas.
Enable repeatable, standardized audit outputs (plans, workpapers, summaries, draft reports).
iii. Pilot, Adoption & Handover
Conduct pilots with a subset of auditors, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.
Support scaling of solutions to the broader audit team.
Develop documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support long term sustainment.
c. Required Skills & Experience
Hands on experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio agents, particularly for task specific, guard railed use cases.
Strong experience with Power Automate (cloud flows) and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for solution deployment and access.
Experience implementing practical GenAI solutions with governance, controls, and user adoption in mind.
Ability to work independently, manage deliverables across phases, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
d. Qualifications
Experience delivering AI, automation, or low code solutions in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with audit, quality, or risk based processes is strongly preferred.
Understanding of the internal audit lifecycle (plan → execute → report) is a plus.
Experience producing documentation, runbooks, and training materials for handover.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
