Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities through lead generation efforts. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering relationships, driving sales, and contributing to business growth. The Business Development Executive will also be required to communicate with potential and existing clients to maintain and strengthen partnerships, present services, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand market opportunities.
• Strong skills in Account Management to effectively handle client relations and service delivery.
• Excellent Business acumen and the ability to create strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with sustainable practices and waste management solutions is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools is must.
