We are looking for an AI-Driven Social Media & Content Specialist who can combine creativity, AI, and CRM-driven execution to generate measurable business impact.

Role Overview

We are seeking a 360 AI-Driven Social Media & Content Specialist with strong exposure to Pharma, Lifesciences, and Healthcare marketing. This role owns social media, content, email marketing, lead generation, outbound support, and CRM-driven automation, working closely with sales and leadership to convert engagement into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc.
  • Drive organic and paid social media performance using AI-driven insights and analytics
  • Target B2B, pharma, healthcare, and enterprise decision-makers

Content Planning & Calendar Management

  • Own monthly and quarterly social media content calendars
  • Collaborate with designers, video teams, and writers to deliver compliant, high-impact content
  • Ensure consistent brand voice aligned with pharma communication standards

Content Writing & Blogging

  • Create high-quality captions, campaign copies, blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, and landing page content
  • Simplify complex healthcare and AI solutions into compelling, value-driven narratives
  • Repurpose long-form content into performance-focused social assets

Email Marketing, Automation & Drip Campaigns

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, product launches, and leadership communications
  • Support email designing and layout optimization
  • Build and manage automation and drip workflows using HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
  • Optimize lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion metrics

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Execute lead generation campaigns across social media, email, landing pages, webinars, gated content, and events
  • Work closely with sales teams to define ICPs, targeting strategies, and lead qualification criteria
  • Track MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution through CRM dashboards

Outbound & Cold Calling Support

  • Support outbound campaigns by creating scripts, email sequences, and outreach messaging
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups when required to qualify leads and book meetings
  • Update lead status, call outcomes, and engagement notes in HubSpot / Zoho CRM

360 Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Execute integrated campaigns across social media, emailers, paid ads, webinars, events, and influencer collaborations
  • Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales outreach

Community, Compliance & Reputation Management

  • Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and industry conversations
  • Engage professionally while ensuring pharma compliance, brand safety, and reputation management

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot / Zoho CRM, and AI-powered marketing tools
  • Share actionable insights to improve lead quality, engagement, and ROI

Skills & Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in Social Media, Content, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation
  • Mandatory background in Pharma & Lifesciences / Healthcare marketing
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Automation, and Drip Campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Zoho CRM for lead management, automation, and reporting
  • Exposure to outbound campaigns and cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Strong skills in Content Writing, Blogging, and Copywriting
  • Experience managing social media calendars and integrated digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, email automation platforms
  • Working knowledge of AI marketing tools for content creation, analytics, lead scoring, and automation
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in Hyderabad and available for immediate joining
