We are building next-generation AI-powered solutions to transform workflows in
commodities trading, financial markets, and operational domains. As an
AI-Driven Product Strategist, you will bridge business, data, and technology, shaping products that leverage AI/LLMs to optimize decision-making, automate processes, and unlock insights at scale.
You will partner with domain experts, engineers, and data scientists to
translate complex trade and operations workflows into intelligent, actionable products while ensuring real-world impact across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy & Discovery
Collaborate with business leaders, traders, operations teams, and quantitative analysts to understand complex processes and pain points.
Identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, evaluating ROI and feasibility across commodities, derivatives, and financial operations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, data requirements, and user stories for engineering teams.
Solution Design & Delivery
Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to define model requirements, validate outputs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, prototyping, development, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements.
Maintain detailed product documentation, workflows, dashboards, and operational guides.
Data & AI Enablement
Analyze existing systems (ERP, ETRM/CTRM, trading platforms) and datasets to identify high-value inputs for AI/ML applications.
Work with teams on
prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM-based solutions, and other AI/ML initiatives.
Leverage analytics to inform product decisions, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Serve as a domain expert for commodities trading, hedge funds, or quantitative finance operations.
Communicate project status, risks, and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
Actively monitor industry trends, AI advancements, and emerging technologies relevant to financial services and commodities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years of experience in
technology-led product roles, AI initiatives, or data-driven solution design.
Strong understanding of
SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software development workflows.
Domain exposure in
commodities trading, derivatives, hedge funds, quantitative finance, or trade operations.
Analytical, structured thinker with a
data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with
Figma, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools for analysis and product planning.
Familiarity with
LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or AI model evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct involvement in AI, ML, or advanced analytics initiatives.
Knowledge of trading systems, risk management, or commodity operations (ETRM/CTRM).
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
