Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven AI Digital Marketing Manager who will take complete ownership of Health Check E-commerce Sales growth. The role demands strong expertise in AI-driven marketing, performance campaigns, budget management, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should be capable of driving revenue, managing high-performance marketing campaigns, and leading a digital marketing team with full accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Sales Ownership

  • Take end-to-end ownership of HealthCheck e-commerce sales performance
  • Drive revenue growth across digital platforms
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Optimize full funnel performance - traffic, conversion, retention

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Handle complete campaign lifecycle management including:
  • Campaign setup
  • Audience targeting
  • Creative planning
  • A/B testing
  • Optimization and scaling
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure maximum ROI and ROAS
  • Monitor daily performance and take corrective actions when required

AI-Driven Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization
  • Use AI-based insights for audience segmentation and personalization
  • Apply predictive analytics to improve conversions and customer acquisition
  • Automate reporting and performance tracking using AI tools

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team
  • Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for team members
  • Review campaign performance and provide regular feedback
  • Coordinate with creative, content, tech, and external agencies
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and business outcomes

Analytics, Reporting & Strategy

  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, dashboards, and marketing analytics tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends
  • Build scalable and data-driven growth strategies

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Budget handling and ROI management
  • Proven experience in e-commerce performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR
  • Experience working with AI marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or relevant field
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proven track record in e-commerce sales growth and campaign management
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or health-tech is an added advantage
