Role Overview

We're hiring a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build strong expertise in PPC, analytics, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Handle keyword research, ad copy, targeting & bid optimization
• Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing to improve performance
• Analyze data via Google Ads & Analytics; create reports
• Collaborate with content, design & tech teams
• Stay updated on PPC trends and best practices

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in PPC / Paid Media / Google Ads
• Understanding of performance metrics & analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
