Our client operates a global AI Centre of Excellence, building intelligent solutions across finance and enterprise operations using modern AI and cloud technologies.

Role Overview

We're hiring an AI Developer to design and build AI-powered solutions (LLMs, NLP, OCR, RAG) within a cloud-native environment. You'll work closely with architects, analysts, and automation teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI components (LLMs, NLP, OCR, RAG pipelines)
• Build solutions on Azure (OpenAI, Functions, Storage, APIs)
• Design scalable, configurable, and secure systems
• Implement logging, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Integrate AI into end-to-end workflows and automation platforms
• Support UAT, deployment, and production improvements

Required Experience

• 6-8 years total experience, with 2-3 years in AI/GenAI development
• Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude)
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Strong programming in Python and/or .NET/C#
• Experience with OCR / Document Intelligence tools
• Cloud experience in Azure (preferred)
• Understanding of microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or MLOps practices
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
