Role Summary / Job Purpose
Design, develop and operationalise machine learning components for Agentic AI use cases as part of the Agentic AI Centre of Excellence. The role focuses on building, tuning and deploying ML models and AI pipelines with strong alignment to Google Gemini Enterprise driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure Agentic AI solutions using Gemini Enterprise tools
- Develop and deploy ML models supporting Agentic AI and GenAI use cases
- Build ML pipelines for data preparation, training, evaluation and inference
- Integrate ML models with Gemini‑based agentic workflows
- Support feature engineering, model tuning and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with architects to embed ML models into AI solutions
- Ensure model scalability, reliability and lifecycle management
- Implement monitoring and validation for ML model performance
- Support experimentation and continuous improvement of ML models
- Create technical notes, user guides, playbooks, and provide support for toolkits for scale-up
Key Deliverables / Outcomes
- Production‑ready ML models supporting Agentic AI use cases
- Scalable ML pipelines integrated with Gemini‑based solutions

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Experience in AI/NLP/chatbot development; Python, JavaScript and ML frameworks.
- Proficient in Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini Agent Builder and ADK
- Experience in integrating ML models with GenAI / LLM‑based solutions (REST APIs, webhooks, connectors and Vertex AI Extensions)
- Understanding of Google Gemini Enterprise integration patterns
- Prompt engineering and context management for LLMs
- Data processing and feature engineering techniques
- Strong debugging, testing and troubleshooting skills
Domain Skills
- Enterprise‑scale AI solution development
- Exposure to telecom or large enterprise environments
- Understanding of business‑driven AI and automation use cases
- Prior exposure to BT environments – good to have, not mandatory
- Understands corporate security and data privacy
Behavioural / Soft Skills

Experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in data, ML, or AI roles
- Hands‑on experience in ML model development and deployment
- Experience working on enterprise‑scale AI solutions
- Google certifications preferred
