Role: AI Developer Intern (Automation & Agents)

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work when required.

As an AI Developer Intern, you will focus on building real-world automation systems and AI-powered workflows. This is not a theoretical ML role — it is execution-heavy, focused on shipping usable tools, agents, and internal systems that solve business problems.

You will work directly on building AI agents, automating repetitive workflows, integrating APIs, and deploying lightweight applications that improve efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems

• Develop AI agents using tools like Claude Code and similar frameworks

• Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, payments, messaging, etc.) into workflows

• Design and implement data scraping pipelines for lead generation and research

• Contribute to internal tools and lightweight app development

• Optimize and maintain existing automation systems for performance and reliability

• Collaborate with business and operations teams to identify automation opportunities

• Rapidly prototype and ship solutions for real-world use cases

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Python preferred)

• Experience working with APIs and building integrations

• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, and workflow design

• Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in building AI agents or using LLMs in applications

• Exposure to web scraping and data extraction techniques

• Ability to ship functional projects, not just theoretical knowledge

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward execution

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment
