Description
We are seeking a motivated SDET Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing automated tests and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality and performance.
- Analyze test results, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and design.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance productivity.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
