Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled AI Developers with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked on developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models and are eager to contribute to building scalable AI-powered solutions in a real-world environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into well-defined AI/ML solutions.

Data Preparation: Handle large and complex datasets, including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for model training.

Model Development: Design, develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models based on project needs.

Integration & Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments such as applications, websites, APIs, or enterprise systems.

Testing & Validation: Perform thorough testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, performance, robustness, and reliability.

Model Optimization: Continuously fine-tune and improve models for better efficiency, scalability, and response time.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for datasets, algorithms, workflows, and model performance.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, libraries, and industry research, and apply best practices.

Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and legal compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

B. Tech / M. Tech / BCA / MCA (Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related fields).

Prior internship/project experience in AI/ML will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
