AI Developer

We are in search of a couple of top-notch AI developers to join our team remotely. The role is

ideal for someone passionate about building innovative AI-based applications and contributing

to cutting-edge technology solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in AI,

machine learning, and deep learning, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI

models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced AI algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our application.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI models and systems.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI model deployment.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree from IIT or equivalent premier institutions
• Experience in developing AI-driven applications, with at least one year of hands-on experience.
• Previous exposure to projects related to AI-based apps, computer vision, NLP, or similar fields
