Role: AI Designer
Overview:
We're looking for an AI Designer who lives at the intersection of creativity and AI technology. You should be fluent in the latest AI generation tools and able to turn ideas into polished visual content, both static and motion.
Required Skills:
AI Generation Tools:
- Krea - Advanced proficiency in AI image generation and real-time creation.
- Kling - Video generation and AI motion capabilities.
- Runway - Multi-modal AI tools for video, image, and creative workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of other leading AI generation platforms.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality static images using AI tools.
- Generate and refine AI video content.
- Understand prompting strategies, style control, and iteration workflows.
Traditional Creative Tools:
- Photoshop - Basic to intermediate editing (compositing, retouching, color correction)
- Premiere Pro - Video editing fundamentals.
- After Effects - Motion graphics and effects work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design static and motion content using AI generation tools.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques.
- Rapidly prototype visual concepts using the latest AI platforms.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing for polished final outputs.
- Experiment with new AI tools and share learnings with the team.

- You follow AI tool releases and actually test them.
- You understand the strengths and limitations of different AI platforms.
- You can move fast from concept to execution.
- You're comfortable with both AI-native workflows and hybrid approaches.
Must-Haves:
- Portfolio demonstrating work created with AI tools (Krea, Kling, Runway, etc.)
- Examples of both static and video AI-generated content.
- Evidence of staying current with the AI landscape.
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with other AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika, etc.).
- Understanding of AI model types and capabilities.
- Experience training or fine-tuning models.
- Background in traditional design or motion graphics.
