Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for an AI Design Trainer based in Noida. The AI Design Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that focus on design principles, design thinking methodologies, and the integration of AI into design processes. The role will involve creating instructional materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and equipping learners with skills to apply AI-focused design in practical scenarios. Collaboration with internal teams to refine training curriculums will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to integrate AI concepts into design workflows
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
- Strong Training and Teaching skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to varied learning levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage participants effectively
- Knowledge of current AI trends and their application within design fields is highly desirable
- A background in design, technology, or a related field is preferred
