Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Data Scientist with specialization in Artificial Intelligence, capable of designing, architecting, and delivering advanced AI solutions across structured and unstructured data environments. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in
ML, NLP, foundation models, and large language models (LLMs), along with strong hands-on programming and cloud capabilities.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of AI solutionsfrom research & prototyping to deploymentleveraging modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and cognitive technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Build and customize foundation models & large language models for industry-specific use cases.
- Apply NLP, ML, and deep learning techniques to process structured and unstructured data.
- Develop cognitive solutions leveraging NLP, image/video/voice processing, or Watson technologies.
- Create production-ready pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of AI models.
- Use tools like GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, and other AI-driven development platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and convert them into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in AI development.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to industry standards.
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)- Strong experience in AI/ML, especially in:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Foundation models / LLMs
- ML for structured & unstructured data
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python programming
- AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face
- ML libraries: Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib
- Strong expertise in at least one:
- NLP
- Image Processing
- Video Processing
- Voice Processing
- Watson Technologies
- Experience working with databases:
- SQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB
- Cloud and containerization exposure:
- AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes
- Ability to work with modern UI frameworks (good understanding):
- React.js, AngularJS, Backbone.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Experience across full AI project lifecyclefrom research & prototyping to production deployment.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience in industrial/cognitive automation solutions.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams handling end-to-end digital transformation.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
Additional Notes
- Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Band 6B.
- Interested candidates must be willing to work from office from Day 1.
