What you'll build

We are looking for highly skilled AI Data Scientist to join our passionate SAP Partner Engineering team to build and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications and drive SAP Business AI by building Agents in our End to End Partner Business processes and applications. You will work closely with solution architects and product owner and business team to implement scalable, production-ready AI solutions that accelerate AI adoption across SAP Partner Business processes.
You'll architect and deploy sophisticated AI agents that analyse enterprise business systems - SAP CRM, S/4HANA, MDG, SAP BDC etc. You'll build generative AI solutions for automated data assessment, develop intelligent recommendation systems, and create AI-powered frameworks that guide customers toward optimal data quality measures. Your work will be the core engine driving our platform's ability to automatically understand, evaluate, and remediate enterprise data at scale.

• Architect and deploy production-ready AI agents and generative AI solutions for enterprise data management
• Build and optimize large language model (LLM) applications for automated data analysis and recommendation generation
• Develop intelligent automation systems that can assess, understand, and remediate complex enterprise data landscapes
• Deploy advanced data quality assessment models that automatically evaluate customer data and provide actionable AI-generated recommendations
• Pioneer cutting-edge AI techniques including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks
• Provide expert consultation to stakeholders on AI-driven data evaluation strategies and automated remediation planning
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for AI/ML development across the team
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance platform capabilities and maintain competitive advantage

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related roles with demonstrable impact on production AI systems
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI agents and generative AI applications for enterprise or production environments
• Expert knowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude)
• Proven experience with MLOps practices
• Expert-level proficiency in Python with extensive experience using AI/ML libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transformers, langchain)
• Strong understanding of advanced machine learning techniques including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value and strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in English with ability to present technical AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in collaborative, agile environments with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Advanced experience with enterprise data platforms (DataBricks, Data Sphere) and data engineering principles
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks, governance, and enterprise data management principles
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction, manipulation, and optimization across enterprise systems
• Domain knowledge in enterprise software, ERP systems (especially SAP), or data migration projects
• Understanding of enterprise compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design methodologies
• Leadership experience mentoring junior data scientists or AI engineers
