AIKONS, the AI-first content studio from Prachand Entertainment, is expanding its core creative team.

AIKONS is built to push cinematic storytelling using AI, not templates. We work on multiple original IPs across micro dramas, experimental formats, branded narratives, and long-form concepts. The focus is quality, visual language, and storytelling depth, not volume farming.

We're looking for AI creators who can think like directors and execute like editors.

What you'll do:

Direct and edit multiple AI-driven IPs end-to-end

Translate scripts and concepts into cinematic visuals using AI tools

Maintain visual continuity, pacing, and narrative rhythm

Collaborate closely with writers, sound, and post teams

Help define the visual grammar of new-age AI storytelling

Who you should be:

Strong sense of direction, framing, and storytelling

Comfortable editing complete narratives, not just clips

Hands-on with AI image/video tools (optional)

Editing experience in / DaVinci /

Someone who cares about craft, not just trends

Location:

Work from office Andheri West, Lokhandwala (Mumbai)
