About the Role
We are building the cutting-edge open-source LLMOps Agentic platform called Surogate and we are looking for a highly resourceful Growth Marketer to own our top-of-funnel strategy, SEO, and domain rating. You won't be writing the deep technical code, but you will take the benchmarks and tutorials created by our engineering team and turn them into a massive digital footprint. You must be a power user of AI tools to generate videos, images, and repurposed social content at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Content Generation: Use cutting-edge AI video and image generation tools to create promotional assets, explainer snippets, and social media posts.
- Content Distribution & SEO: Take highly technical blog posts and optimize them for search engines to build our domain rating. Distribute them across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and technical newsletters.
- Community Monitoring: Use social listening tools to monitor Reddit, Hacker News, and X for brand mentions and industry trends, feeding relevant technical discussions to our Developer Advocate.
- Website Management: Maintain the company blog and ensure all permanent content is structured for maximum organic reach.
Application Requirements (Must include to be considered)
- AI Content Portfolio: Links to at least 3 pieces of content (videos, images, or campaigns) where you heavily utilized AI generation tools (please specify which tools were used).
- SEO/Growth Proof: A brief summary or links showing a technical blog, social media account, or website you successfully grew or ranked.
- Prompting Example: A brief explanation of a complex prompt or workflow you built to automate a marketing task.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, SEO, and digital growth.
- Expert-level prompting skills. You should be highly comfortable using image generators, AI video tools, and advanced LLMs to produce marketing assets daily.
- Ability to understand complex technical jargon and translate it into compelling top-of-funnel hooks.
- Scrappy, startup-ready mentality.
