About the Role

As our AI Content & Growth Lead, you'll own end-to-end content marketing, SEO, social media, lead generation, and growth campaigns. This is not a traditional marketing roleyou'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools daily to produce exceptional output at unprecedented speed.

Compensation: 16-20 LPA

Fixed Component (65%): 10.4-13 LPA (guaranteed monthly: 87-108K)

Variable Component (35%): 5.6-7 LPA (quarterly performance bonus)

Create and execute content strategy across blog, social media, and email

Drive organic traffic growth through SEO-optimized content

Manage social media presence and community engagement

Build and optimize lead generation funnels

Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on data

Use AI tools to produce 3-4x more content than traditional marketers
