Key Responsibilities-
Design & Creative Production
- Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, carousels, thumbnails, and branding elements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Video Editing & Motion Content
- Edit short-form and long-form videos including reels, ads, brand videos, and promotional content.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and engaging visual storytelling elements.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
AI-Powered Creative Workflows
- Use AI tools to generate visuals, concepts, and video assets.
- Create AI-generated images, backgrounds, effects, and creative variations.
- Enhance workflows through AI-assisted editing, automation, and ideation.
Creative Ideation
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Experiment with new AI tools and design trends to improve production quality and speed.
- Convert briefs into high-quality creative outputs quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Tools-
Design & Editing Tools
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, DaVinci
AI Tools
Midjourney, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Nano Banana or other emerging AI creative tools
Requirements-
- 13 years of experience in graphic design and video editing using AI (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design + video work.
- Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
