Role summary
We're hiring an AI-first Content Creator to build high-velocity, high-quality content for Divine Hindu. You'll combine creative writing, short-form video direction, and prompt engineering to produce reels, carousel posts, product pages, WhatsApp creatives, ad copy, and conversion-focused landing content all optimized for SEO, paid/social performance, and brand voice. This is a hands-on role: you will create, iterate, measure, and scale content using AI tools and human craft.
Core responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end content production (concept script asset edit publish) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, Facebook/LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp blasts, and product pages.
- Use AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, image/ video models) to generate high-quality drafts, then refine to brand voice. Own prompt engineering and prompt library.
- Write conversion-focused SEO product descriptions, A+ modules, and landing pages that rank and convert.
- Produce short-form video scripts and storyboards; hands-on editing or coordinate with video editor assets.
- Create ad copy & creative variants for paid campaigns with clear test hypotheses.
- Build and maintain content calendars, briefs, and templates (visual + copy).
- Measure content performance and iterate using engagement and conversion metrics; run A/B tests.
- Maintain brand voice guidelines and ensure cultural sensitivity for spiritual content.
- Mentor junior creatives / freelancers and manage production vendors when needed.
Must-have (non-negotiable)
- Exceptional writing skills in English and Hinglish (copy that converts + storytelling).
- 24 years hands-on experience creating social short-form content and product copy (reels, carousels, product pages).
- Practical experience using generative AI for content (prompt engineering; tuning outputs).
- Basic video production knowledge (shot lists, editing workflow, captions, hooks).
- Strong sense of SEO and e-commerce conversion copy (meta titles, bullet benefits, CTAs).
- Portfolio with live examples: 3 short-form videos, 3 carousel posts, and 2 product pages or A+ modules.
- Comfortable with metrics: CTR, engagement rate, CVR, ROAS, view-through rate basics.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in D2C, spiritual, wellness, or jewelry categories.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo / WhatsApp marketing flows, and Facebook/Instagram ad creatives.
- Basic design skills (Canva / Figma) and image prompt experience (Midjourney / Stable Diffusion).
- Knowledge of Indian festivals, rituals, and Sanskrit/Hindi terminology (for culturally sensitive copy).
- Experience working with influencers/UGC production.
