AI Consultant (Hands-on, Python + Workflows)

Role Description

We're looking for a practical, execution-focused AI Consultant who can bridge strategy and hands-on building. This is not a pure strategy role we need someone who can think, build, and teach. Experience: 2-4 years.

What you will do:

1. Need Analysis & Problem Framing

• Work with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Translate business problems into AI use cases

2. Partner Onboarding (Strategic)

• Engage with partners at a deeper level (beyond ops)
• Drive alignment on AI capabilities, use cases, and outcomes

3. Solution Design

• Design practical AI solutions (LLMs, workflows, automation)
• Create scalable approaches from MVP production

4. AI Training & Content

• Deliver basic AI Literacy (101-level) content (video / workshops)
• Scale to manager-level sessions (e.g., Responsible AI, adoption strategy)

5. Research & Thought Leadership

• Explore new tools, frameworks, and trends
• Publish insights, case studies, or playbooks

6. Workflow Building (Hands-on)

• Build workflows using n8n / Langfuse (or similar tools)
• Scale solutions toward LangChain or advanced orchestration frameworks
