About the Role: AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) Project Manager

Location:India(Remote)

Experience: 10+ years overall

We are seeking a senior, highly capable AI CoE Project Manager to lead Delphi's AI Center of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on program-level leadership, governance, and scaling of AI / GenAI initiatives across the organization, managing a pipeline of AI use cases from ideation to production.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Program & Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage a pipeline of AI / ML / GenAI initiatives
• Own end-to-end delivery across use cases, PoCs, and production deployments
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resources
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and scalability

2. AI CoE Setup & Governance

• Establish and operate the AI Center of Excellence
• Define standards, frameworks, and reusable AI accelerators
• Drive best practices across:
• AI / GenAI lifecycle
• Responsible AI
• Data governance
• Create centralized playbooks and operating models

3. GenAI & Technical Leadership

• Deep understanding of AI / ML / GenAI architectures, LLMs, and lifecycle
• Ability to explain AI solution architectures, demos, and capabilities to technical and business stakeholders
• Stay updated with latest AI / GenAI advancements, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem

4. Stakeholder & Business Alignment

• Engage with CXO-level and senior business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into structured AI use cases
• Act as an internal AI advisor for pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery

5. Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with AI vendors, partners, and external delivery teams
• Ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes across engagements

Tools & Platforms (Exposure / Understanding)

• Azure OpenAI
• Copilot Studio
• Databricks or equivalent AI / data platforms

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 10+ years overall experience in Project / Program Management
• 10+ proven experience delivering AI / ML / GenAI projects
• Experience managing multiple AI initiatives in parallel
• Strong understanding of:
• AI / ML lifecycle
• GenAI and LLM-based solutions
• Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills
