The Opportunity

This is your once-in-a-generation chance to be part of the founding team of an industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will shape how the enterprise world adopts AI. You will be the voice, the face, and the deal-closer for a platform that is building the rails for global innovation.

We are looking for a hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who can think beyond leads and quotas someone who wants to leave a mark.

What You'll Own

• Hunt for high-value enterprise clients in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, GCCs & more
• Drive C-suite conversations that convert AI curiosity into boardroom decisions
• Map real business problems to AI/Deep Tech solutions from our platform
• Run full-cycle sales: Outreach Discovery Pitch Demo Close Account Management
• Work cross-functionally with our Consulting, Fast Track Innovation teams
• Own your numbers, your clients, and your outcomes no excuses

What We Expect

• 13 years of high-intensity sales or BD experience (ideally in startups or fast moving consulting firms)
• A proven track record of hunting and closing
• Comfort with AI/GenAI concepts
• Stellar communication, storytelling, and pitch skills
• Fearless, fast, and founder-minded we build, not maintain
