Overview
The AI Automation & Robotics Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving the integration and advancement of automated robotic systems within our warehouses. By leveraging expertise in both software and hardware development, this position directly contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. Positioned within the engineering team, this role collaborates closely with logistics, IT, and operations to align robotic solutions with business objectives and streamline supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- 1. Design, develop, and implement advanced robotic automation systems tailored to warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies and processes.
- 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities where robotics can optimize efficiency and output.
- 3. Lead the deployment of robotics solutions, conducting testing, troubleshooting, and improvements to ensure systems meet performance and safety standards.
- 4. Analyze data and feedback from robotic systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation strategies within the warehousing operations.

Minimum Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 2. At least 5 years of proven experience in robotics engineering with a focus on both software and hardware development.
- 3. Experience in deploying and managing robotics solutions within warehouse or similar industrial environments.
Preferred Requirements:
