We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer with 4+ years of experience in designing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and implementing automation workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
This role involves designing scalable automation workflows, integrating AI into business processes, and supporting enterprise deployments across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Requirements
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows to automate business processes and operational tasks.
- Implement and optimize automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or similar orchestration tools.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or Claude into business workflows and enterprise applications.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services to support AI workloads, automation pipelines, and cloud-based integrations.
- Develop and maintain AI-driven automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance controls using tools such as Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Build dashboards and analytics using Power BI to monitor automation performance and business insights.
- Support and optimize deployments of Microsoft Copilot, Agent 365, and other AI productivity tools.
- Use GitHub for source control, collaboration, and deployment workflows.
- Document technical designs, automation workflows, and deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI automation, cloud engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Experience implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools.
- Experience integrating LLMs (such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar models) into business workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, and data governance practices.
- Experience using GitHub or similar tools for version control and collaboration.
- Ability to design, implement, and support end-to-end AI-driven automation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering.
- Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, WorkIQ, Agent 365, or similar AI productivity tools.
- Background in business process automation, workflow orchestration, or systems integration.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise or SMB environments.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and data models to support automation insights
