The Role

We are looking for two exceptional AI Artists to join our team. We need visionaries who stay at the absolute forefront of technological advancements and can harness AI to create professional, studio-quality narratives.

The ideal candidate has a deep background in cinema and a mastery of cinematic storytelling. You should be capable of generating end-to-end stories using AI that are visually indistinguishable from high-end 3D studio films. We are not just looking for prompters, but for digital directors who understand lighting, composition, pacing, and emotional resonance.

What You Will Do

• Generate complete narrative sequences from concept to final render using a specialized AI pipeline.
• Maintain a visual quality and consistency that rivals traditional 3D animation studios.
• Stay updated on the latest generative tools and integrate them into our workflow.
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring the IvyBears universe to life through global-scale adventures.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: High level of English (both written and spoken) is essential for global team collaboration.
• Cinematic Expertise: Proven background in film or animation with a strong grasp of narrative structure.
• AI Mastery: Expert-level skills in generative AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Kling, Veo, or similar high-end engines).
• Technical Excellence: Ability to produce high-fidelity visuals that meet cinematic industry standards.
• VFX Knowledge (Valued): Experience in VFX composition and post-production refinement is a significant plus.
• Innovation: A proactive mindset regarding new AI breakthroughs and creative techniques.

• Updated CV & Full Portfolio.
• The 15-Second Challenge (Mandatory Test): A narrative video created entirely with AI for this application. It must demonstrate your ability to tell a compelling story with studio-grade cinematic quality, indistinguishable from a high-end 3D production.
