Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced
AI Architect with 610 years of expertise to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, and hands-on experience in MLOps and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Architect end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Lead the setup of MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model versioning, reproducibility, drift detection, and lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and select AI/ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Work closely with data engineering, product, and business teams to drive AI adoption.
- Mentor ML engineers, data scientists, and developers.
- Ensure compliance with data security, responsible AI, and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, research, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 610 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python and enterprise-level coding practices.
- Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI / Azure ML.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of big data tools: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, algebra, optimization, and algorithms.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI governance, model explainability, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed training.
- Open-source contributions, patents, or AI/ML publications.
- Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering).
