KPI Partners is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and evolution of our AI Framework. This role will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture for intelligent agents, including enterprise integration patterns (EIP), decision flows, and scalable system design.

This role will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture for intelligent agents, including enterprise integration patterns (EIP), decision flows, and scalable system design.
Responsibilities
- Define the reference architecture for the AI framework, including agent roles, memory, planning, execution, and feedback loops
- Design multi-agent systems and interaction patterns (plannerexecutor, supervisorworker, tool-using agents, etc.)
- Define Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) for agent interaction with: Enterprise applications, APIs, events, queues, and streaming platforms
- Design secure, scalable integration layers using REST, async messaging, pub/sub, and event-driven architectures
- Architect the platform across cloud-native and hybrid environments
- Drive non-functional requirements: scalability, performance, resiliency, and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture and distributed systems design
- Deep understanding of EIP patterns, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous systems
- Proven experience designing orchestration frameworks and workflow engines
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-driven systems
- Strong Python programming with experience in Hugging Face transformers, LangChain, OpenAI SDK
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, messaging systems, and API gateways
- Familiarity with observability and reliability engineering practices
- Strong architectural thinking and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
