AI Architect

Key Responsibilities

• 12+ years experience in software/ systems engineering. 5+ years experience on AI/ ML architecture roles
  

• AI System Design & Architecture
  

• Design scalable, secure, production ready AI architectures (onPrem or private cloud deployment preferable)
  

• Design single agent, multi agent systems with LangGraph
  

• Systems should be with tool-use, memory, human in the loop
  

• LLM
  

• Llama, Mistral preferred. OpenAI or Claude will also do
  

• Implementation of guardrails and safety policies
  

• Build evaluation to prevent hallucinations and accuracy benchmarks
  

• Enterprise Integration with MLOps
  

• Expertise on Salesforce Agentforce preferred
  

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce
  

• Build CICD pipelines for models, experiments tracking and deployment automation
  

• Leadership and Governance
  

• Define AI architecture standards
  

• Mentor senior AI and ML engineers on design patterns and best practices
  

• Work with client stakeholders and leaders on AI strategy, business value and ROI
  

• Lead cross functional Agile teams
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Agentforce or Data Cloud implementation experience
  

• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Google Professional ML Engineer, or Salesforce AI Associate
  

• Hands-on experience with compliance automation, supply chain AI, or customer care AI systems
  

• Published thought leadership, conference presentations, or open-source contributions in AI
