AI and Automation Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI & Automation Specialist with at least 2 year of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in AI-driven tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support process transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and workflows.

Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using AI tools, ML models, or RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.).

Build and optimize bots, scripts, and automated workflows to reduce manual effort.

Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to understand automation requirements.

Train and fine-tune AI models for tasks such as document processing, chatbots, predictive analysis, etc.

Implement NLP, OCR, and other AI-driven features where applicable.

Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues.

Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for automated processes.

Stay updated on emerging AI, RPA, and automation technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 2 year of experience in AI, RPA development, or process automation.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar.

Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language.

Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, APIs, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Google AI, or other LLM-based platforms is a plus.
