About the role:
We are seeking a high-visibility AI & Analytics Audit Manager to join the Internal Audit &
Compliance team. This manager-level role reports to the Director, Internal Audit & Compliance and will lead AI, automation, and analytics adoption at scale across Internal Audit and the broader Finance organization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and manage Finance's AI, analytics, and automation portfolio, including a growing ecosystem of 500+ AI agents.
- Design and drive an AI-first continuous auditing, monitoring, and compliance program that enhances efficiency and elevates risk management.
- Act as a key partner to C-suite and senior leadership, helping transform Internal Audit from a routine compliance function into a strategic, AI-enabled, insight-led business partner.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on new AI and analytics tools, turning early-stage pilots into governed, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
- Serve as both architect and hands-on builder, integrating tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, Snowflake, AuditBoard, SQL, Glean, and AI/ML platforms into end-to-end business workflows.
- Formalize experimental solutions into robust, repeatable business processes and internal controls with clear ownership, documentation, and KPIs.
- Apply an auditor's mindset to AI and automation initiativeschallenging assumptions, testing boundaries, and breaking things thoughtfully to strengthen controls and improve data quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Security, Operations) to ensure AI and automation use cases are well-governed, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Build and maintain clear documentation, standards, and playbooks for AI, analytics, and automation solutions used by the Finance and Internal Audit teams.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, enabling team members to adopt AI-first ways of working safely and effectively.
What You Will Need for this Position
- 610 years of experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting/advisory environment focusing on audit, finance transformation, technology risk, analytics, or automation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and internal controls (e.g., record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, FP&A, SOX, ITGCs).
- Comfort with tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets, data visualization/BI tools, and at least one AI/LLM platform (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with analytics and agentic AI frameworks or orchestrators (e.g., LangChain, custom agent platforms, workflow orchestration tools).
- Experience with finance- and risk-related tools such as AuditBoard, Alteryx, Snowflake, Sigma, Glean, or comparable platforms.
- Experience contributing to or implementing AI governance, responsible AI, or model risk management practices.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CA, or CIA are strongly preferred.
