Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Industry experience in AI/GenAI from idea generation to implementation
Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to execute transformation projects and drive initiatives to completion.
Lead the delivery of AI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Make decisions in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
Develop and implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
Demonstrate an understanding of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead agile delivery to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements.
