AI Agents Developer (25 Years)
Location: Hybrid, New Delhi
Type: Full-Time
We're building advanced AI agent systems and looking for a hands-on developer with strong experience in designing and deploying real-world agents.
If you've worked beyond demos and built production-grade agents, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Design and build AI agents (end-to-end)
- Work on LLM orchestration, tool usage, and workflows
- Implement evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure performance
- Improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations
- Optimize prompts, memory, and agent decision-making
- Deploy and scale production-ready agent systems
What We're Looking For
Must Have-
- Hands-on experience building AI agents
- Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience with evals and benchmarking
- Experience reducing hallucinations and improving reliability
- Ability to build and ship real-world systems
Good to Have-
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
- RAG pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Tool calling/function calling systems
- Multi-agent workflows
- Backend experience (Node.js / Python)
- Experience with DevOps / deployment/scaling systems
- Experience using AI coding tools like Claude / Codex for development workflows (code generation, debugging, refactoring)
