We are looking for an AI & Agentic Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry. The role focuses on designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic systems, workflow automation, and conversational AI solutions.

This role combines low-code/no-code automation expertise with advanced AI orchestration capabilities.

What will be your responsibilities:

Agentic System Development

• Design and implement multi-agent systems using Copilot Studio.
• Develop AI copilots integrated with enterprise data and APIs.
• Configure orchestration logic between LLMs, tools, and workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering and guardrail strategies

Automation & Orchestration

• Build complex workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate AI agents into enterprise systems (SharePoint, Dynamics, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Automate approval flows, document processing, and decision workflows.

Azure AI Integration

• Build solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI models and Cognitive Services.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) patterns using Azure AI Search.
• Develop secure API integrations and connectors.

Governance & Security

• Implement data access controls and RBAC.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance standards.
• Configure telemetry, monitoring, and usage analytics.

Solution Deployment & Support

• Deploy copilots within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Publish and manage enterprise-wide copilots.
• Troubleshoot integration and authentication issues.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Microsoft Copilot Studio

Technical:

• Prompt engineering
• REST APIs and connectors
• JSON, basic scripting (JavaScript / Python)
• OAuth and Azure AD authentication

Architecture Knowledge:

• Understanding of:
• Agent orchestration patterns
• RAG architecture
• Tool calling and function invocation
• Event-driven automation

Experience:

• 56 years of experience in automation, AI, or Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise copilots or intelligent automation systems.
• Experience integrating AI into business processes.
